High Desert Bird Club

I have been experimenting with breeding for companion pet qualities. Two human bonded 'tiels are raising chicks.

I have been co-parenting.
Chicks step up, but do not seek pets.

One chick I have, parented this way, is an excellent companion.
Although she did not seek pets as a fledgling, she is well bonded to me as an adult.

I have one chick left looking for a home.
Any ideas on where/how to find homes for these guys?
I don't care about money, but I want to find a good home.
I hate the idea of them spending the next 6-8 months in a pet shop getting less and less tame.

A gentleman named Ron Two Feathers is looking for McCaw feathers. If you have some molted feathers, let me know and I will give you his phone number.
